Programmes Manager

Education for development, Partnership Management, Education Programme Management, Advocate for Home Language Literacy and Numeracy, Champion of alternative education methods.

Nontokozo got attracted to community development through her personal experiences of an underprivileged childhood.

Lucy Thornton

Early Childhood Programmes

Lucy heads COUNT’s early childhood programmes, which at the moment include The Family Maths Science and Literacy Programme, and the Hey Dad! Programme.

​Any programme intervention involving 0 to 6 year olds, including new content, or new approaches to ECD, will be conceptualised, developed and run by her and an ECD team.
